Exchange / Refund Policy

Shredders Planet Musical Instruments will Exchange or Refund a product provided the following 4 conditions are met:

– The product is sealed and in its original condition.
– The product is accompanied by the original receipt.
– The product is exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of delivery to the customer.
– The product is exchanged with another product of the same or higher value in which case the difference should be settled.

PLEASE NOTE: Products deemed to be defective are subject to after service repairs, repair work range from 10 to 21 business days from the date that they are handed in to Shredders Planet Musical Instruments by returning the product to our store.

ستقوم شريدرز بلانت للألات الموسيقية باستبدال المنتج أو استرداد ثمنه بشرط استيفاء الشروط الأربعة التالية:

– المنتج مغلق وفي حالته الأصلية.
– المنتج مرفق بالإيصال الأصلي.
– يتم استبدال أو إرجاع المنتج خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ التسليم للعميل.
– يتم استبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر بنفس القيمة أو بقيمة أعلى وفي هذه الحالة يجب تسوية الفرق.

يرجى ملاحظة: تخضع المنتجات التي تعتبر معيبة لإصلاحات ما بعد الخدمة ، وتتراوح أعمال الإصلاح من ١٠ إلى ٢١ يوم عمل من تاريخ تسليمها إلى شريدرز بلانت عن طريق إعادة المنتج إلى متجرنا.
